I firmly believe in the capability of youth to excel and conduct training interventions as an opportunity for constructive change. My focus is on making interactions simple, pragmatic and relevant, aiming to transform thought and values into positive action.
In order to continuously develop the human capital, I have worked with professionals, bureaucrats, students and academics in the private, social and public sectors, and for the armed forces. I began my career as a trainer and management consultant with Navitus in 1996; initiated the Young Leaders’ Conference in 2002 and subsequently the School of Leadership in 2003.
